Cesar has always been extremely passionate about charity and has been an active member of the American Civil Liberties Union, Aids project Los Angeles, Equality California, San Fernando Valley Mission, and AIDS Walk LA for over a decade. Cesar believes in giving back to the community which has welcomed him so warmly as their realtor, and volunteers his time every year at different community outreach programs.

Real estate is a gateway to creating life-long relationships with amazing people and being able to do the best for them when finding or selling their home. Real Estate provides an opportunity to form deeper bonds with every one involved in the transaction, and that is why Cesar is proud to call himself a Realtor.
